Nearing the Sign document limit

Ik heb een gratis account met 100 inzendingen per maand. Ik krijg onderstaande melding.

Je hebt bijna de maandelijkse ondertekende documenten limiet bereikt. 

Terwijl ik geen 100 inzendingen heb gehad. Hoe kan dit? Ik hoor graag van u.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Dutch Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Dutch, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. On a Starter (Free) account, you can have a maximum of 10 monthly completed Sign documents. Having said that, the email that you received is correct because you currently have eight completed Sign documents. You won't be able to receive new signed documents once you reached your limit. Consider upgrading to any of the paid plans to get more limits for your account.
