اود التوضيح أنني في أمسّ الحاجة إلى استعادة حسابي لأنني أستخدم نماذج Jotform داخل مشروعي البرمجي؛ حيث قمت بتصميم تطبيق تجاري وأضفت إليه النماذج الخاصة بي، واستخدامي للنماذج يقتصر على جمع بيانات مشروعة فقط مثل: (اذكر نوع البيانات: اسم، بريد إلكتروني، رقم هاتف، طلب خدمة، إلخ)، ولا أقوم بجمع أي معلومات حساسة أو مخالفة لسياسة الخصوصية مثل كلمات المرور أو بيانات البطاقات البنكية أو وثائق الهوية بدون مبرر قانوني واضح.
أؤكد أن تطبيقي التجاري لا يحتوي على أي محتوى يخالف سياسة الخصوصية أو شروط الاستخدام، وأعتقد أن حظر الحساب تم عن طريق الخطأ، لذا أرجو منكم مراجعة حسابي ونماذجي وإعادة تفعيل الحساب في أسرع وقت ممكن.

I setup my account using the wrong email I can not get into as was a typo and now trying to change the email but can not get into the original email to change to the new email as I never confirmed the original email at the beginning?

can you help me get my account back? It was for @4camgirl and the email deleted so I tried to change the email, but it required sending a verification number which I couldn’t get to because my account is disabled for some unknown reason, so can you help me log back into my account ? Before I got logged out of it, I added a recovery/backup email of my new/current email for this account because it logged me out of my old gmail. i hope this makes sense!

I created a jotform account last Friday and used it as a registration form for a workshop for students. This morning, it didn't recognize my login details anymore (I did not made a mistake). I requested to reset my password but (so far) did not received an email.

I created an account and have just sent our hundreds of registration form links to event invitees. And my account has just been disabled...
