Voorraadbeheer met in/uit scannen

Hallo daar,

Ik heb een inventaris van materialen, hierbij wil ik de voorraad live opvolgen.

Met de barcode scanner widget wil ik dan de barcode van een artikel scannen, dan krijg ik in mijn form of app te zien over welk artikel het gaat, en kan ik hier kiezen of ik wil in of uit scannen.

Daarbij kan ik het aantal stuks ingeven en dan in mijn stock toevoegen, dan zou dit aantal bij het juiste artikel moeten bijgeteld of afgetrokken worden.

Zodat ik steeds een live stock kan zien van mijn voorraad. En deze dus kan aanpassen via barcode scannen of qr code.

Ik weet niet goed hiermee te beginnen...

Ik had mijn Excel al geüpload in jotform tables, dacht dat dit beter ging dan via mijn eigen Excel (via jotform heeft dit zeker mijn voorkeur).

Welke stappen moet ik ondernemen om dit klaar te krijgen. Of is er een voorbeeld van wat ik zou willen ?

Ps.; ik heb wel 2000 artikels in de inventaris.

I'm afraid what you are trying to do is not possible. There is no option to monitor the remaining stock from your submission tables, unless, is being calculated manually based on the submissions. If you would like to monitor your inventory based on the purchases from your form, you can use the Inventory Widget instead. Let me show you how to use it:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.

2. Click on the Widgets tab, search for Inventory, and click on it to add it to your form.

3. Click on the Inventory widget field, then click on the Wand icon to open its settings.

4. In the menu on the left side of the page, under the Available Quantity section, enter your stock limit.

With this, you can monitor your stocks live and once the item is out of stock, the item will be greyed out and can no longer be selected.
