No access to the account email address

    Hi,I cant access my account anymore (email: info@debestmarketing.nl). I always logged in with microsoft but I dont have the microsoft account anymore.I just need 1 form submission and then its fine and then I can create a new account but I really need that form submission.Please help me!You can contact me on info@debestewebsites.com

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the proof of the ownership of the website where the form is embedded? Alternatively, can you create a new webpage on their website having a specific keyword such as- Jotform 23990071?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.This is the link of the form: https://form.jotform.com/242403032654042

    It is not embed somewhere but I just used always the permanent form link.

    I dont know how to proof the ownership...

    For us to verify that this is your account, you can you send us the information below that you used when signing up for your subscription:

    • The date you created the account:
    • The number of forms and submissions in the account:
