Ho un problema con il modulo che le persone stanno compilando

    Buongiorno,
    da ieri ho messo online un modulo con 8 domande.

    Alcune persone mi stanno riferendo lo stesso problema... dopo 2/3 domande iniziano a vedere le lettere che scrivono giganti e non riescono più ad andare avanti a rispondere.

    Ho chiesto e stanno usando cellulari Android (non so se può servirvi)

    Come posso fare per sistemare la cosa?

    Can you ask the users to try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Ho fatto fare il test ma il problema resta!

    Ho capito che il problema arriva da Android vecchi... Quelli di ultima generazione funzionano!

    Thanks for getting back to us. I recommend that you advise your users to update their Android devices to the latest Software version. The outdated version might have impacted the responsiveness of the form being accessed. They can also access the form using other devices as well such as laptops, tablets or desktops. And make sure that they have a stable internet connection.
