I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. We currently don't have a vectorized QR code for your form. What you can do is download your form's QR code first:

1. In Form Builder, go to the Publish tab on the orange navigation bar at the top

2. Go to Quick Share on the left pane

3. Click +View More on the Share Form section

4. Click Download QR Code and then the Download button

Then, you can just vectorize it using another program like Adobe Illustrator. Here's a video tutorial that you can check.
