Hello everyone! If you are a fan of Jeanette’s weekly newsletter you probably already know that the Jotform Team has been kind of silent in the last month. Well, we have been busy improving our API and building real apps on top of it.
Apps
We are not ready to release these apps. They are still in the works. I just wanted to share some of them with you. If you are interested in being a beta tester for an app post a comment and your wish shall come true.
Android App: Browse your submissions in your Android phone and get instant notifications.
Mysql Export: Get Mysql export of your data for any form.
iPhone App: A brand new iPhone App that is prettier and faster than the old one.
Poll: Create polls for your websites. With beautiful reporting for the poll results.
Google Contacts: Integrate your Jotform forms with Google Contacts
Submaster: A new way to review your submissions. Charts and all.
Digest Emails: Get a summary of your submissions and choose whether you want these reports daily, weekly, or monthly. You can even schedule the day and time you receive these emails and specify what information you want to see.
Browse Your Uploads: Browse all of your uploaded files in a gallery.
Download All Files: Download all of your uploaded files to your computer with a single click of a button.
Combine Your Forms: Merge submission data from multiple forms in a single CSV file.
Survey Helper: Process results for a survey to determine the percentages.
Answer Comparator: Compare current entries to old submissions when filling in form.
Populate Form: Take any form and allow users to create urls with GET vars to populate any field without searching through the markup
Import Excel: Import data from excel files to your form submissions.
Submissions Widget: Create custom web widgets for your submissions. Edit an HTML template to make your submission data to look the way you want it.
We are going to release these apps in the coming weeks. If you’d like to be an early beta tester for one of the apps post in the comments below.
What’s Next
More Apps. Our team will continue building apps this month as well. We are basically dogfooding our API to make sure it works well. Want an app? Post it in the comments.
Jotform API Competition. We are going to launch a competition for developers to build apps using Jotform API. We hope to get many useful apps for Jotform users this way. There are going to be cash prices so if you know any programmers let them know about it. Do you have any app ideas you wish existed? Post in the comments below and we will make sure it would be suggested in the competition.
Jotform Apps. After the competition we are going to launch an App Store for Jotform Apps. You will be able to install mobile apps, setup integrations with 3rd party services or use services directly in the App Store. Jotform Community shared almost 3000 form templates. We hope the same will happen with Jotform Apps. We hope that many people in the community will make apps or get their vendors to implement integration with Jotform.

I was just telling my wife how awesome you guys are at Jotform and how i would love to work with a team like yours, and She didn't really care! Now me i'm very enthusiastic about it.And I am excited to see everything you have been working on. I would be Honored To Beta Test any of you work. iOS app is constantly crashing while checking Recent Submissions.
And the app is not supports iPhone 5's native resolution.More than a year ago
I'm happy to beta test any/all of the apps (except the android one since I don't have that platform).
Also, I'd love to see an app that let's me take the forms portable so that the app holds the data until I reach a wifi spot and it can upload all of the form submissions at once.
