Now, coming back to your question, let me share the steps on how to set up SMTP with your own email address.

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse on your Profile Avatar icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Sender's Email section and click on the Edit button.
4. Select the Add the Sender Email button.
5. Enter all the required details in the pop-up window. Then click on Send Test Email. Once you receive the test email, you can then choose Add Email. That's it.

Here is a guide on how to set up SMTP for your form. This will ensure the email is delivered to your inbox via your server. For the port number, I suggest you contact your email address provider, and ask them to provide you with the Port Number, Host Name, and Security Protocol so, you can enter. It is something they will help you with.
