Como reduzir o período de quantos dias um envio excluído permanece na pasta Lixeira

Tem como reduzir o tempo de 30 dias da limpeza automática das lixeiras?

Now, coming back to your question, this is possible by setting the automatic deletion directly on the form. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder.

2. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

3. Click on the Show More Options button.

4. Scroll down to the Form Language section and select the language you want to translate the form from.

4. Scroll down to the Auto-Delete Submissions  and click on Enable.

5. Select the number of days you want the set for the auto deletion:

Ok, essa parte eu entendi. Mas quando você configura essa opção que você me falou, quando ele auto excluio, o formulário vai para a lixeira, correto? Lá na lixeira, ele fica por mais 30 dias para ai sim o sistema deletar por completo. Eu queria reduzir esse tempo de 30 dias da lixeira.

Unfortunately, that's not possible. There is currently no option to change the period of time the deleted submissions stay in the Trash folder. You will need to manually purge the submissions if you need them to be deleted immediately. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Tables, click the Three Dots icon and select Trashed Entries.
2. Select the submission you want to delete and click the Delete Forever button.
