To create a report:
- Go to the Jotform Abuse Report page.
- Scroll down to the report form and provide the following:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Address
- Link of the form you are reporting
- Your reason for reporting the form.
- Submit the form.
You should receive a confirmation in the form itself, and you will also receive an email copy of your report.
