How to Move your Existing Form to a Team

Jotform Teams offers an effective way for you and your clients to collaborate on projects, manage assets, and share data. You can move forms from your account to your Team, giving team members access to view or manage them based on their permissions.

Moving Individual Forms

To move a single form to your Team, follow these steps:

1. In My Forms, hover your mouse over the form you want to move to your Team and click on More.
2. Under the Form tab, click on Move to Team.

3. Next, select the Team you want to move your form to in the Move to Team menu and click on the Move to This Team button.

4. In the confirmation window, click on the Move button.

Moving Multiple Forms at Once

If you need to move several forms to your Team simultaneously, you can follow these steps to transfer them all in one go:

1. In My Forms, select the forms or check the boxes to the right of the forms you want to move to your Teams and click on the Move to Team button at the top.

2. In the Move to Team menu, select the Team you want to move your form to and click on the Move to This Team button.

3. In the confirmation window, review the forms and any related assets that will be moved, then click Move to complete the transfer.
