The drag-and-drop feature of Jotform Workflows lets you effortlessly add elements to your canvas. You can also reposition existing elements to improve the layout, making it easier for anyone reviewing your workflow to understand how everything connects.
To link elements, simply hover your mouse over an element, click and hold a dot that appears around its edges, and drag the line to another element. The flow line indicates what action should happen next after the previous one is completed.
You can also create a flow line on your canvas first, then drag and drop an element from the Workflow Elements menu into its placeholder.
Notes
Workflow Builder has an auto-save feature that automatically saves your work whenever you make changes.

How do these elements show up in the form... so in the approver email and they approve in the email, do you need a field in the form as well, or how is it captured.

Do all the branches need to connect to the END branch in order for the flow to work correctly? I created an approval email that will be sent out depending on what I'm aprroving each form submission for and when I approved one the email did not trigger like it should have. I went back and saw that this certain approval branch wasn't connected back to the END branch.

I created a very simple approval form (Form name > Approver email > Approve/Deny Buttons.) When the approver clicks in the submissions table there are several unaccepted submissions. When she clicks on an In Progress button, a pop-up page appears with the submission details, but at the bottom it says "Waiting for [approver]'s approval. There are no buttons for her to click Approve or Deny as is shown in your training videos.

I need to approve submissions before they are emailed out. How can I do that?
