Updating upload usage after data deletion

j'ai supprimé des données (fichiers téléversés) pour faire de la place (supprimer les dossiers puis suppression totale des données) mais rien à été mis à jour et la limite a été atteinte.

I understand you've deleted data to free up space from your upload usage. I recalculated your upload usage and see that it's now at 33.46 MB which is below your account's upload limit of 100 GB. Your forms are active and can receive submissions again.

Thanks, yes my upload limit was below 100 GB but the form kept signaling that the quota was done and didnot work. I had to upgrade because of clients reclaims and it worked but this not normal and I don't need to upgrade. I gonna downgrade now but I have paid for nothing....
