¿Como puede el usuario de un formulario visualizar cuantos puntos le quedan en cada sección de acuerdo con el valor que tenga?

Tengo un fomrulario en el que cada seccion tiene un valor de 10 puntos para distribuir en 9 afirmaciones. Necesito que el formualrio tenga un mensaje donde le indique al usuario cuantos puntos le quedan por distribuir en la seccion.

• Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
• Under the Widgets tab, type Progress Bar into the search bar.
• Then, drag and drop the Progress Bar widget to your form.
• Now, click on the Wand Icon on the right side of the Progress Bar widget.
• Under the Widget Settings tab on the right side of the page, toggle the Stick to Top button to the On position.
