My recommendation is to use the Gift Registry widget. Let me show you how add this in the form:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button.
2. On the left panel, click on Widgets.
3. Search and select Gift Registry.
4. Click on the widget and click on the wand icon on the right side.
5. On the right panel, configure your product per line inside Items and set the inventory to 1 by putting {1}
6. Finally, click on Update Widget.
