Speicherplatz löschen

    Lieber Jotform Support,


    ich habe vorhin die Meldung bekommen das mein Speicher voll ist, habe daraufhin die Formularantworten gelöscht und der Speicher ist noch immer voll, Papierkorb ist leer.

    Habe ich etwas übersehen?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our German Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in German, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I took a look at your account and it looks like there are uploads still on the account, which is why you're still receiving this message. These uploads are most likely on trashed submissions, so you'll need to remove these. Removing these uploads is easy, let me show you how to do this:

    1. In My Forms, hover over the form you need to remove submissions from.
    2. Now, click More and select Submissions from the drop-down menu.
    3. Next, click on the three dot menu next to the table's name and select Trashed Entries. Speicherplatz löschen Image 1 Screenshot 30
    4. In the pop-up menu, click on the checkbox next to the entries you need to permanently delete.
    5. Now, select Delete Forever.
    6. Finally, in the pop-up menu, confirm this by clicking Delete. Speicherplatz löschen Image 2 Screenshot 41

    So i deleted it right now, but still saying my storage is full. Can you
    check?

    Hi Moritz,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I took a look at your account and am seeing a few submissions associated with this form: https://www.jotform.com/form/232214040764345. Did you delete the submissions on this form as well or just the other form? If you haven't deleted these submissions, you'll need to follow the steps in my previous reply to delete the other submission uploads.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll have a better idea of what's going on and how to help.
