Kann ich mein PayPal-Konto mit der Kontonummer in kosovarische und albanische Banken integrieren und Geldüberweisungen vornehmen? Funktioniert PayPal also in diesen beiden Ländern? Ich möchte es bei meine online verkaeufe benutzen.
