Ticket Purchases widget error

    Hallo zusammen,

    ich nutze schon seit langem gerne das Widget "Ticketkäufe".
    Leider scheint es jetzt nicht mehr richtig zu funktionieren, sobald ich eine Testanmeldung durchführe, bekomme ich einen Error: Keine Ahnung woran das liegt, genügend "Tickets" gibt es theoretisch.

    Ich habe euch den Formularlink unten eingefügt - hier taucht der Fehler immer nach Absenden des Formulars auf.

    Könnt ihr hier weiterhelfen?

    Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. Take a look at the screencast below:

    Ticket Purchases widget error Image 1 Screenshot 40 After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. You just need to lessen the character of the name of your ticket type. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Ticket Purchases widget, then click on the Wand Icon.

    2. Lessen the characters of the Ticket Type.

    3. Once done, click on the Update Widget button.
