When hitting the submit button we are getting a message saying form disables. Nothing has changed, the last registration was 11/10.
Any ideas why this is happening?

I could not seem to be able to replicate the issue.
In my test submission of the form, I was able to successfully submit and reach the paypal payment screen.
Can you please retry again using your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/41284085464962

Thank you for replying. It does seem to be working again. Any idea what could have caused that to happen?

I am not sure yet what could have caused the issue since I was not able to reproduce it during the time I was checking.
But on experience, the most common reason why the form will be temporarily disabled after submission is if the Submission Limit is enabled on the form

did you perhaps set it on the form previously?
Or, it could also be just a temporary glitch that could be network connection related.
