Email Alerts - Toolbar moved and second bar missing.

    What happened to email notification tool? Toolbar has been moved and second bar missing.

    Yes, also the insert line/delete line buttons are missing?

    It is not fixed on my editor.

    Is there a reason for this, the new Email setup panel is not as good as the old one, but it could be!!
