We are currently on a Silver Plan and we only use this platform from May to to August. I wanted to know if there is a plan where we only pay for the months that we use the service?

If you plan to use the form for only 4 months, you can stay on a monthly paid plan for those specific months. Once you no longer need the form, you can downgrade back to the Starter (Free) Plan. Just make sure to download any important submission data before downgrading, as the Starter Plan has lower limits compared to paid plans, you can visit the Pricing page to see assigned limits per each plan. When you’re ready to upgrade again, you can always choose the plan that best suits your needs.

Downloading data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format is easy. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
2. Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
3. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
