    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I recalculated your account's usage and see that they're now within your limits. Your account is active and can receive submissions again.

    Hi

    the issue momentarily ok, then it still persist, even after EST 8am
    now already EST 1july 8pm = GMT+8 2 july 8am
    please assist
