Account: Monthly Usage Limit did not reset.

    noted thx,your reply time reached me with 12hours gap,
    i would assume your server timezone is -12hours from mine.

    Hi Conor_Manus,

    After checking, it appears that the reset date we follow for the usage limit reset date is the Eastern Timezone. This means that the reset date on your Account Usage page is in the Eastern Timezone (EST).

    Hi Conor_Manus,

    In addition, please note that your account limit resets at 8:00 AM EST every first day of each month. You can confirm that from your account usage page:

    yet system still didn't refresh

    As I mentioned above, your account monthly usage should reset by 8:00 AM EST.

    my suggestion would be a better if the time refresh is 00.01am instead of 08.00


    as we in GMT+8,

    8am EST = 8pm

    The office has close operation.


    Of course, on my side, i will improve my forms and reduce the unnecessary signatures.

    I checked your account and see that its usage is now below its limits. Your forms are active and can receive submissions again.
