I have a question that may have been asked before, but I can't figured out this.
Two person filling out the same form (2 Pages) The first person will be filling out the first page, and the second person the same day in another time will be filling out the second page. How I can do this?

Hello Kevin,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, it is possible to have a second person complete the form after the first person has answered it. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how:
1. In Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. Click Emails in the left Tab, select the Autoresponder Email and click the Pencil icon.
3. Click the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
4. Click Save, and you're done. This way, the second person will be notified that they need to fill out and complete the form by clicking the edit link.
The next step is to use the Get Page URL widget and hide the fields that are for the first person, and show the fields for the second person when they are editing the link.
1. In Form Builder, Select all the fields for the Second Person and hide it.
2. While also in Form builder add the Get Page URL Widget to your Form.
3. In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
4. Select Conditions in the Left side tab and create a Show/Hide Condition. That's it. Doing this will initially hide the fields for the second person while the first person is answering the form. Once the first person submits the form, an email will be sent to the second person containing the edit link that they need to open to answer the second half of the form. While they are answering the second part, the first part will be hidden from them.
Also, this question has been asked on another thread. You can check out similar answers from my colleague at this link
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Okay, one more question regarding the same topic, let's say I have different people everyday that will be filling out this form, how they will get the notification email if they're no using their email to fill out the form?

Hello Kevin,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to notify your users about the forms without using the Autoresponder email. A simple workaround for this is to give them the device directly to fill out the form that they need to.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can do for you.

That's what I plan to proposed to my managers. Assigning an a iPad device to every vehicle and whoever is the drivers, they can fill out the inspection form. But I need to figure out, how to different drivers can fill out the form, without the need to log in or create two different reports. I have developed another form for initial and final inspections, one same App, but will create two different reports, and I need to consolidate this information in only ONE report. Thank you Ronald

Hi kebo3885,
If you're using multiple forms that have the same fields you can merge the submission data into one Yes, let me show you how to easily merge the submissions of two forms in Jotform Tables:
1. On the Jotform Tables page, click the on the Download All button on the right side of the page
2. In the list that comes up, click on Download as CSV.
3. In the green navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on the Add Tab.
4. In the window that comes up, click on Table and then click on Next.
5. In the next window, click on Import from File and then click on Next.
6. Upload the CSV file and then click on Next.
7. Finally, click on Create.
Now, you'll see the submissions merged into one Tables page.
Reach out again if you need any other help.

I
would have to show you my App, that way you can see what I am getting stock issue. In my App, I have two clickable buttons, one for Initial Inspection (One Form) and the second one Final Inspection (Second Form). This form are different. So they will create different types of tables or reports. How I can consolidate this 2 in only one table and one report? -
