    Hello,

I've created a form within Jotform and would like for it to be triggered and possibly prefilled with data from Hubspot. Is this possible?

    Hi Marcela,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use our Hubspot prefill method to prefill your form through Hubspot. Our Prefill feature lets you prefill the form fields from Hubspot. Let me show you how to set it up:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Publish.
    • In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Prefill.
    • Click on the Hubspot prefill and Authenticate your account:

Prefill using Hubspot Screenshot 20 After that Match and decide which HubSpot data you would like to use to populate your form fields, and map your form fields to your HubSpot fields.

You might want to check out this guide on How to Create HubSpot Prefilled Forms.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

This will not work for us because we are hoping to have this form work for us internally (please see operational form with workflow and integration with Box). If there is no other way for the form to be launched from Hubspot with approval workflow and receipt in Box it is alright..

Additionally, I would like to ask about the integration with Box. For the Operational Form, the copy of the submitted form is left within a folder in box, however, I would like the name of the copy to include fields from the form. How am I able to do this?

    Hi Marcela,

I understand that you would like to have the form launched from Hubspot with the approval flow. Unfortunately, it is not feasible now.

As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
