Change folder name in Box

Additionally, I would like to ask about the integration with Box. For the Operational Form, the copy of the submitted form is left within a folder in box, however, I would like the name of the copy to include fields from the form. How am I able to do this?

If I understand your question correctly, you can edit the folder name in the Settings. Check out the screenshot here:

Please find more information below:

• Enter folder name — This will be your main Box folder.
• Create a subfolder for each submission — Turn this on if you want to create a separate folder for each submission inside the main Box folder. You can type your custom folder name or dynamically create it based on Form Fields.
