Can I schedule the exact time an autoresponse email is sent?
Is there an ability to send the autoresponse via text as well if we're collecting phone numbers on the registration? Is there a widget or function available that automatically creates an event link that a person can add to their calendar/schedule? -

Hi Jada,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can send the Autoresponse email based on specified time. I can walk you through setting that up:
- While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the Date Picker and Time element to your form.
- Select the Date Picker and click on the Gear icon.
- Under the Options tab, set the Default Date to Current. Do the same with the Time element.
- While you're in Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder email and click on the Pencil icon.
- Under the Advanced tab, click on the dropdown under Send Email Later and select the Date Picker.
- Now, click on Save.
For the final step, let's set up the conditional logic. Let's do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Select Change Email Alert from the options.
- Set the time and date condition when you would like the email to be sent. Take a look at the example condition in the screenshot below:
- Finally, click on Save.
I moved your other question to a new thread and helped you with that here:

Hi Chris,
The autoresponder emails are still not working after following the directions you provided. Attached are the settings I already have configured. Please advise.
Thanks,
Jada

Hi Jada,
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to send an email with a specific time, as it only works at a later date. If you would like to continue using it to send the Autoresponder at a later date, then you need to update your condition. Let me show you how:
- In your existing condition, change the STATE to Is Filled for both rules.
- Hit on Save to update changes in your condition.
That's it! Test your form, and you will receive the autoresponder based on the selected date. Check out my result:

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
