Is there a widget or function available that automatically creates an event link that a person can add to their calendar/schedule?

    Hi Jada,

We have the Google Calendar integration, which allows you to automatically send the submission data to your preferred Google Calendar, but since you're looking for a way to add an event to your form fillers calendar, unfortunately, this is not possible.

But, users can receive a confirmation email with event details as an Autoresponder Email, where you can include a link to the virtual meeting. Everyone who fills out your form will receive an email that they can manually add to their Google calendar. Here’s how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email and click on Pencil icon.
    4. Under the Email tab, add a column manually where you can add the link to the virtual meeting so that when they receive it, they can add it directly to their own calendar.

    5. Click on Save to save your work.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
