Need to transfer the from from one account to another

    Hi


    I want to transfer the forms from my account to launch@apptile.com account.

    Also, I upgraded my account to ensure I will be able to add multiple users. But I just realised it's not allowing me to add multiple users. Can you please help me downgrading the subscription and processing a refund?

    Hi Ankit,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I moved all the forms in your account to the Launch_App account, which is associated with the email address you provided. Note that the custom URL of a form, if active, will update with the new account owner's username when the form is moved to another account. The custom URL with the old username will no longer work. The new account owner can share the updated custom URL, which they can copy from the Form Builder's Publish tab.

    As for your second question about downgrading your account to the Starter Plan, I've moved that to a new thread to avoid confusion. You can check out my reply to that here shortly.
