Hi nearfall806,
Just to confirm if I understood it correctly, do you want to prefill another form using the data from the image picker widget? If so, Prefill does not support widgets. It only supports the following:
- Full Name
- Address
- Short Text
- Long Text
- Fill in the Blank
- Phone
- Number
- Date Picker
- Time
- Dropdown
- Single Choice
- Multiple Choice
- Scale Rating
- Spinner
As a workaround, you can just pass a text instead of an image to another form since the Short Text element is supported.
You can also check these FAQs on Jotform Prefill to know more about it.

Hi nearfall806,
You cannot pass the value of a selected option from the Image Picker widget but you can pass the image label into a Short Text field by creating an Update/Calculate Field conditional logic. Let me show you an example:
- In Form Builder, add a Short Text element.
- Next, click on Settings at the top.
- Click on Conditions on the left side
- Then select Update/Calculate Field.
- Create the condition in the screenshot below and click on Save.
Checkout the screencast below to see the result:
As for the color swatch picker, are you referring to the field in the screenshot below?
If yes, you can create the same condition but since it's a Multiple Choice element and the label is in image HTML tag, we need to assign a calculation value on each option to get the label. Also, can you explain a bit more about your requirements? Where are you planning to pass the value? Are you trying to pass it to another form?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

yes the colors need to go from the mock-up form to the "3 Choices" form just to verify the job info for production.

Hi nearfall806,
I checked your two forms and I am unable to see the color swatch picker on your form anymore, it seems that is is deleted. Can you take a screenshot of the field where the user needs to pick a color from the initial form and which field you need to pass that value on to the target form?
Let us know if there's anything else we can help.

Hi nearfall806,
Can you take a screenshot of the field where the user needs to pick a color from the initial form and send it to us? We’ve got a guide here that’ll show you how to do that.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi nearfall806,
Since this is related to another topic, I've moved this to another thread to avoid confusion. You can check it out here.
