    Hello!

    I have a few questions about my TACO TUES 🥂 form.

    1. When I test and try to hit “submit” from page 2 nothing happens. I want that to complete the form, how do I adjust the settings accordingly?
    2. There is no way to have more than one payment widget on this form, correct? There is lots of conditional formatting set up on this form. For example, I’d like to have a Stripe subscription available on page 4 and a Stripe product purchase available on page 5. That does not seem possible.
    3. The form should end for people who land on the following pages: 2, 5, and 6. How do I set it up so that the page is submitted upon the completion of those pages? I even tried creating a page 7 that all the conditional formatting would land on so that could be the submit space for all no matter which conditional formatting they fell under, but when testing I was clicking submit and nothing was happening.

    Hi Liza,

    I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the product field wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:

    1. In Form builder, scroll down and select the Product field.

    2. Select the 3-month subscription and click on Gear icon.

    3. In the menu that opens on the right side of the page, scroll down & click to turn off Selected by Default & click on Save button.

    Additionally, if you want to let a user submit the form on any specific page, you'll have to add a submit button on that page. Adding more than one submit button on the form is really easy. Let me show you how:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Submit.
    3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.

    You can also hide the Next button on Page 2, 4 & 5 so that users can feel it is the last page of the form. Hiding the next button is really easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form builder, scroll down and select the Next button field.

    2. Click on Gear icon and under Advanced tab, set the Next Button Visibility to Hidden.

    We also have a guide about How to Skip Pages Using Conditional Logic that you can check out. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

    Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hello,

    When the user completes page 2 they should be taken to page 7 where they should be able to submit the form. However, that's not happening. When I complete page 2 I'm taken to page 6, even though I have a condition set up to hide that page if the last question on page 2 is filled.

    This is how the paths are supposed to go:

    PAGE 1 -> YES = PAGE 2 > PAGE 7 - SUBMIT

    PAGE 1 -> NO =PAGE 3 - YES SIGN ME UP - PAGE 4 - PAGE 6 - PAGE 7

    Hi Liza,

    I checked your form's conditions and can see here that there's a condition that is causing your form to Skip to Page 6 instead of 7. See the screenshot below:

    As shown on the screenshot, Condition 9 is causing the form to Skip to Page 6 you can delete this condition. You may also delete Condition 1 as this is unnecessary. Here's a screencast of my result after deleting conditions 1 and 9:

    Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
