Hi Liza,
Yes, you are right, you can't add more than 1 Product list field on Jotform. But you can create 2 different forms with Subscription product field and Product purchase field, then embed both forms on one form and at last show the specific form based on user's selection. Let me show you how:
Create Form to Accept Subscription
1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Payments tab, scroll down the list and choose the Stripe.
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
4. Select the Stripe Integration field and click on Wand icon.
5. Under Payment type, change to Sell Subscription & add your all available subscriptions.
6. Click on Connect and authenticate it with your Stripe account details.
Create Form to Sale Products
1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Product list field.
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
4. Select the Product list field and click on Credit Card icon.
5. In the pop-up that shows up on screen, choose payment method & click on Use Selection.
6. In the screen that opens on the right side of the page, click on Connect.
Embed both forms on a Single Form
1. Create a new Form, and in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Basic tab, scroll down the list and choose the Single Choice field.
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
4. Open Subscription form and under Publish tab, copy URL.
5. Click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
6. Under the Widgets tab, enter iframe Embed in the search bar, and drag and drop the widget to your form.
7. In Main form, select the iframe widget and paste the copied URL in Frame URL text box.
8. Select the iframe embed, click on Gear icon and under advanced tab toggle to hide field.
9. In Form builder, select Settings at the top.
10. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
11. Select Show/Hide field.
11. Set condition as shown below:
You can try out the demo form. If you want to clone the demo form, you can easily do that. This guide will show you how to do that. We also have a guide about How to Create a Basic Multiple Payment Form that you can check out.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
