My images are not showing up

I had this all working fine and then about 5 of my color swatch images just "?" i have re-uploaded my images, re-typed my code, everything i can think of? It is on my "Mock-Up Request form" could you please see if I'm just crazy?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form and I noticed only one color is not working it showing a broken image which is the Color-Pallete_0000_light

Could you please double check the code for that color and add it again.

I cloned and tested your form to replicate the issue but it is only showing one broken image on my end and when I went to the image source link with the broken image, it wouldn't redirect me to the image source link site while the others were working properly, as shown in the screencast below:

Can you also please go to those source links and make sure they are working properly? If it does not redirect you to the image source link and gives you an error, I would suggest getting the image source link again.

Strange I went back and reexported all the swatches and gave them new names, deleted all the old off of shopify and reimported the new ones... two still show as "?" but if you right click them and it will open the correct file in another window? any ideas?
