How to send out email after an approval?

    For the Approval option is there a way for the form to be emailed to people after approved by approvers?



    I would like to receive the approved form as opposed to the form before it gets approved.

    Also there is no notification when the form is finally approved by all parties unless I log in every day to look at the document.

    Hi pickardent,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add an element after the Approval or Sign & Approve element, as shown in the screenshot.

    Here's how to do it:

    1. In Approvals, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.

    2. Click/Drag Emails to add into the Approvals.

    3. Connect the Approval element to the Email element.

    4. Connect the Email element to the next element of the workflow.
