How to send out notification email when form is approved?

    Also there is no notification when the form is finally approved by all parties unless I log in every day to look at the document.

    Hi pickardent,

    You can use the Split Branches element to send out two emails which are for your form users and for your self after the Approval element. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Approvals, on the left side of the screen, click on Add Element.

    2. Click/Drag Split Branches to add into the Approvals.

    3. Disconnect the Approval element from the Email and connect it to the Split Branches.

    4. Connect the Split Branches to two Email element.

    Once you have set this up, you can update the Recipient Email of one of the Email element to be sent out to your email address. Here's how to do it:

    1. Hover your cursor over the Email element and click on the Envelope icon.

    2. Go to Recipients.

    3. Remove the form field under Recipient Email.

    4. Enter your email address and click on Save.
