Hi there
My form (clarity call reports) is not syncing to my slack channel. I have already followed the steps here:

but it still isn't working, even with a new form created.
Can you help me?

Hi Heather,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
As you can see, I was able to receive the submission data as a message in Slack. Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

It's still not working on my end. Here is a video showing what I get (I also cloned my form and it's still not syncing with Slack).

Hi Heather,
I cloned your form and tried to replicate the issue but everything is working the way it should on my end. Take a look at the screencast below:
Can you please try to re-integrate your Slack Integration in your form? then, please select the right channel or username of your Slack Account. Also, please make sure that your Slack Account/Channel is connected to Jotform, it will be the way to sync the form submissions to the Slack Channel. Take a look at the screenshot below:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
