alerts were working earlier but not working now

Hi Garg_Pranav,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, removing the integration and then adding it back should solve the issue. Let me help you do that:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Integrations.
- Select the Slack.
- Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!
Now, let's connect the Slack again:
- While you're still under the Integrations tab, search, and click on Slack.
- Select your authenticated account from the dropdown.
- Once you’ve connected your account, complete your integration setup.
- Click on the Send a test message button to test the integration. If everything is working fine, click on Save.
- Finally, click on Complete Integration.
