Emails > Checklist widget: Only show selected item

It appears in the email this.

Can we edit to show just like original format to review the request form?

Thanks for reaching out to JotForm Support. I checked your form and see that you're using the Checklist widget for your Type of Account question. As I understand, you only want to show the selected item in emails, so you may consider using the Multiple Choice field instead.
