Hi Kanako,
The headers are not included in the Notification Email by default. You would have to manually include them in the Email Content. Here's how to do it:
1. On the blue navigation bar at the top, click on Settings.
2. On the left panel, click on Emails.
3. Hover over the Email you want to update and click on the pencil icon.
4. In the Email Content, click on a cell and click on the icon that inserts a row.
5. Now, add the header.
6. Click on Save when you're done, and that's it.
