No submit button on my form.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your form and can see here that there's no submit button added to it. Adding the Submit button to your form is easy, let me show you how:

1. In the Form Builder, click the Add Element+ button.
2. Scroll down and select Submit.
3. Finally, drag the Submit button to your form.
