Kullanıcı için formda sadece 2 adet soru alanı var.

Eğer kullanıcı 2 den fazla soru göndermek isterse.

Now, let me help you with your question. Just to make sure I understand your question, if a user adds a question to your form, you will add these questions on your form and send it to the user? If so, yes, this is possible, however, you may need to do this manually on your form by creating these questions and sending the updated form to the user.
