Hello, there will be open-ended questions in my form, for example, what is the capital of America? But since I don't want my students to go and write all the states of America and find the link to the form, I want to give each open-ended question 3 answers per person. how can I do that. Or we can make it problematic for them to wait 5 minutes between answers. I've been searching for days but I haven't found a way to do this. I would be very happy if you help.

Hi Erim,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and added an 'Input Table' element to create an open-ended survey like field, as you see in the screencast below:
We also have a guide to help you learn How to Set Different Input Types in an Input Table. Also, check out our guide explaining how to use open-ended survey questions.
If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
