Websitemize eklemek üzere bir anket hazırlamak istiyoruz. Bu ankette çoktan seçmeli sorularımız mevcut. Bu soruların değerlendirmede kullanılmak üzere yüzdelik oranları var ve her verilen cevabın bir puanı mevcut. Anket sonucunda bir skalaya ulaşabilmemiz forma nasıl eklemeliyiz.

Now, let me help you with your question. If I understand your concern correctly, you want to calculate each question based on the percentage. If yes, you can follow the formula I use to achieve your goals. Let me show you how:

1. Under the Widgets tab, drag and drop a Form Calculation widget.
2. Hoover your mouse over the Wand Icon.
3. Now, in the menu on the right side of the screen, click on Add Field and select the Product List field.
4. Click on Save and that’s it. You’re done.
