Now, let me help you with your question. Our integration with Zoom is free to use even on Starter plan. However, there might be charges on Zoom on certain features. You can try to reach out with Zoom to know more about their pricing.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You could be using an invalid token. Zoom requires newer tokens when integrating your form. Try to get a new by refreshing your integration. Please remove and reintegrate Zoom integration and check.
- Go to Settings tab in Form Builder
- under Integrations section, select Zoom Integration
- Remove Zoom Integration
- Refresh page and try to integrate again and check

I’m sorry you're having difficulties getting that feature to work. I see that you have successfully removed the Zoom integration. You may proceed with the integration as normal. I'll walk you through setting that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Integrations in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Search for Zoom, and click it.
- Click the Authenticate button to connect and link your Zoom account. If you’ve already linked your account, there’s a dropdown, and you can select the account from there.
- Once authenticated, choose an action from the first dropdown.
You can create multiple actions with the same integration.

Hi hteknokent,
We are sorry that this is happening. Generally, the Invalid Token error happens when the latest refresh token is not used when generating a new Access token. Can you try to uninstall Jotform from your Zoom account? Here's how to do it:
- Log in to your Zoom account and navigate to the Zoom Marketplace.
- Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Jotform app.
- Click the Jotform app.
- Click on Uninstall.
