Condition: Show/hide fields based on answer

Merhaba, Fonksiyonel Wellness koçluğu için müşteriyle görüşme öncesi bilgi toplamak amacıyla bir form oluşturmaya çalışıyorum.

Bu formu yaparken müşterinin bir önceki verdiği yanıta göre karşısına çıkacak yeni soruyu tayin edebilme şansımız var mı?

Örneğin bir tekli seçim ekledim ve evli misiniz diye sordum. Seçenek olarakta 1. Evli , 2.Bekar, 3. Dul seçeneklerini ekledim.

Müşteri evli seçeneğini seçerse evlenme tarihi sorusunu görmesini istiyorum. Dul seçeneğini seçerse evlenme ve boşanma tarihi sorularını görmesini, bekar seçeneğini seçerse bu sorulardan hiçbirini görmesini istemiyorum.

Bunun gibi daha bir çok soru da verilen cevaba göre koşullama yapabilirsem formu gereksiz kalabalıklardan arındırmış olurum.

Now, let me help you with your question. You want to hide/show questions based on the user's previous answers, is that right? If so, you can use conditions for that. I can walk you through setting that up:

To demonstrate the set-up, I created the sample form below:

Next, create a condition to display the additional question based on the Marital Status. Follow the screenshots and instructions below:

1. In Form Builder, click Settings in the top navigation.
2. Click Conditions on the left of the page.
3. Click Add a new condition.
   

4. Select Show/Hide Field and set the conditions as follows.
