Now, let me help you with your question. Unfortunately, Private form requires form users to have a Jotform account to access the form. I would suggest you set the form to Public and enable Password Protection. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Show More Options.
3. Scroll down to Password Protection.
4. Enable Password Protection and type in your preferred password.
