    Merhaba,

    Mail adresim değiştiği için parola sıfırlama işlemi yapamıyorum.

    Kayıtlı mail hesabım : murat.yilmaz@havajet.com.

    Kayıtlı mail adresimin ylmzmurat1995@gmail.com olarak değiştirilmesini rica ediyorum.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Turkish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. We require users to change their email address on their account. There are verifications when changing email address so only the owner can update their own email address. Let me walk you through the process:

    1. Go to the Account Settings.
    2. Open the Profile page and then click on Edit on the right of the Email section.
    3. Enter the new email address and then click on the Save button.

    If you choose to Require verification to change email in the Security Settings, an email will be sent to the current email address for verification. Then another verification email will be sent to the new email address. Visit also our guide on How to Change Your Account Email Address.
