How to download a form?

Is it possible to export my form to a word or excel type format that one of my participants wants to use the export to work on it offline.

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you add a Print Form button to your Submit field, then you and the form fillers will be able to print forms. Let me show you how to do it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Submit button field.
2. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the field to open the Properties window.
3. Under the Advanced tab, toggle the Print Button option to the On position.

Now you can print the full document using the Print button. Keep in mind that you can only use the Print Form button after the form is published. Then, you can print or save the document.
