Merhaba,
Bende toplamda 20 tane form var ve bunlarin hepsi ayri ayri konulara sahipler. Formlari bir panelde nasil yönetebilirim?
Örnek: Takvimlerde müsterilere günlerimin dolu oldugunu veya bos Oldugunu nasil gösterebilirim?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Turkish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. As I understand, you want to show your clients a list with all your forms and also a calendar where your clients can see what days you are available and when not. I suggest creating a form with all other forms as an overview. Additionally, you can add a Calendar to your availability. Check out the steps and screencast below to see how it's done:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements on the left side of the screen.
- Under Basic, click on the Element Single Choice to add it to your form.
- Click on the X at the top right to close the Form Element panel.
- Next, click on the Gear icon right beside the Single Choice Element.
- Go to the tab Option and enter the names of your forms in the text box Options.
Next we're adding the forms in Iframes
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements on the left side of the screen.
- Go to the Widgets tab, search for the Iframe Embed widget, and click on it to add it to your form.
- Click on the X at the top right to close the Form Element panel.
- Click on the Wand icon right beside the widget.
- Enter your form URL in the field Frame url.
- Click Update Widget.
- Click on the Gear icon to adjust the iframe width, height etc.
Continue the steps by adding the Iframe Embed widget for your other forms, as well as show in my next screencast.
Now let's create conditions.
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
- Select Show/Hide Field.
- Set up the Condition as shown in the next screencast and click Save.
Continue the steps by adding the conditions for your other forms. Next we're adding an appointment element.
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Elements on the left side of the screen.
- Search for the Appointment element, and click on it to add it to your form.
- Click on the X at the top right to close the Form Element panel.
By clicking on the Gear icon right beside the Appointment element, you can set your availability.
As last step, let's remove the submit button.
- Click on the Trash Bin icon right beside the submit button.
Let me show you my result:
Here you can test my demo form. A way more simple workaround would be adding a paragraph field with hyperlinks to your forms only.

Çok özür bir konuyu anlayamadım. Tüm formları bir araya toplamam için Bu formlardan bağımsız olarak ilk başta yeni bir form mu açmam gerekiyor? Sonra Yeni açacağım formda işlemlere ilerlemem gerekiyor demi?

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, you have to create a new form and make a list to display all the others by following the steps above. Then, you'll have a new form that collects the list and the preview of all the others stored in your account.
