Müşterilerimiz Qr okutunca, form açılması ve çıkan formu doldurduktan sonra doldurduğu form bize mail olarak düşmesini talep ediyoruz.

Now, let me help you with your question. There is actually a QR code that is generated for every form created here in Jotform where your users can scan the QR code and it will open the form on their device browser.  You can get the QR code of the form in the Publish tab of the form. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder on the orange navigation bar click on Publish.
• Go to the Quick Share tab on the left-hand side of the screen.
• Under Share Form select Download QR Code.

A QR code will be generated. You can then download it to your device (to display on a screen or a printout), or embed it directly into a web page using the HTML code provided.

As for your other question, you can create a Notification Email wherein an email will be sent to you every after form submission. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
• In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
• Now, click on Add an Email. 

• Select Notification Email.
• Click on the Recipients tab.
• Now, just enter your email address into the Recipient Email field. That's it. You're done.
